Property Owner Exonerated from Breach of Contract - Tuesday, June 30, 2009 - 133 Views
Todd A. Angstadt and William R. Carlson recently exonerated a property owner from the commercial tenant’s breach of contract claims.  After discovery, the tenant not only dismissed all claims against our landlord client, but agreed to pay the client a six figure settlement sum.
